Shri Nav Durga Jhaleri Mata
Shri Nav Durga jhaleri mata Trust Bhangil is a beautiful holy cave located in the vicinity of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. It is nearly 7 Km away from Katra town the base camp of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi.
It will take only 15-20 minutes for one to visit the holy place from Katra. The place is consisited of Natural Holy caves of Nine Godess and one Holy cave Belongs to Mahadev (Shiva).
According to one Legend Jhaleri Mata (the local name of the combined power of all the NINE Godess) was worshied by the people of the local area i.e. Bhangil village, then suddenly a pious man native to the village had a dream. A dream in which Shri Jhaleri Mata showed him the place where the holy cave was and ordered him to worship the Goddess present there in form of PINDIS. That pious man discovered the place and people of the village strated worshiping the holy PINDIS after wards.
